With all our Bases, we recommend hand washing cold & laying flat to dry

Merino Sock Base

Our ‘Merino Sock’ is a fingering/sock weight 4-ply yarn made from 85% extrafine superwash merino wool and 15% nylon.

Merino Singles Base

Our ‘Merino Singles’ is a fingering/sock-weight single ply yarn made from 100% extrafine superwash merino wool. Approx. 400m/100g

 

Silky Singles Base

Our ‘Silky Singles’ is a fingering/sock weight single ply yarn made from 75% extrafine superwash merino and 25% mulberry silk. Approx. 400m/100g

 

Merino Sport Base

Our ‘Merino Sport’ is a sport/light DK yarn made up of 100% superwash extrafine merino. Approx. 300m/100g

 

Merino DK Base

Our ‘Merino DK (New Version)’ is a Double Knit/light worsted yarn made from 100% superwash extrafine merino wool. Please note that this is a slightly different weight to our original Merino DK so it will be different to any purchase prior to April 2021. Approx. 225m/100g

 

Cashmerino DK Base

Our 'Cashmerino DK' is a double knit/light worsted yarn made up of 80% superwash extrafine merino, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon. Approx. 225m/100g

Merino Chunky Base

Our ‘Merino Chunky’ is a chunky/bulky weight yarn made from 100% superwash extrafine merino wool. With two plies and a twist, this yarn is ridiculously soft and squishy. Approx. 100m/100g

Mohair Silk Base

Our ‘Mohair Silk’ is a lace weight yarn made from 72% brushed superkid mohair and 28% mulberry silk.  Approx. 420m/50g

 

Brushed Suri Alpaca Silk Base

Our ‘Brushed Suri Alpaca Silk’ is a lace weight yarn made from 75% Brushed Baby Suri Alpaca and 25% Mulberry Silk.  Approx. 300m/50g
