We always want you to love your order, and so you are welcome to return any yarn for any reason that you wish for a full refund, minus postage and any other relevant PayPal or card fees. All custom orders, or dyed to order, products are exempt from this and are non-refundable. Any returned yarn must arrive to me in its original state and be fit for resale. When returning yarn, we recommend using a tracked service, as it remains your responsibility until it arrives at our door.

In the unlikely event that the yarn is defective or below the quality you would expect, please get in touch with pictures of the issue you are having, so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of Sale for details of what is normal and expected for hand dyed yarn.

At the current time, and due to the size of our small business, we are not able to accept exchanges and absorb the additional postage costs. However, you are more than welcome to return the yarn for a full refund, minus postage, and reorder.
